Applicants apply for physical products that donors can pay for. Donations are locked on a shared wallet between donor and merchant. Only upon the applicant’s confirmation of receipt of the product is the merchant able to withdraw donated funds.
The platform is built as a joint effort between volunteers from the IT University in Copenhagen, Denmark and students at the Simon Bolivar University in Caracas, Venezuela.
